6. What size shoe does he wear? Oh man, I'm so tempted to cheat on this one and go look, but I'll say 11 or 11.5 and hope I'm right (:

7. If he was to collect anything, what would it be? Things for his car.

8. What is his favorite type of sandwich? Chicken bacon ranch from Subway. It's kind of "our" sandwich.

9. What would he eat every day if he could? Ben and Jerry's with me?! OR some type of steak, maybe

10. What is his favorite cereal? Reese's puffs

11. What would he never wear? Anything from the DI? hahaha. That's a hard one.

12. What is his favorite sports team? none. woot!!

13. Who did he vote for? Mccain.

14. Who is his best friend? ME!! (:

15. What is something you do that he wishes you wouldn't do? I talk a lot before I go to bed, and I take up too much room on the couch and probably that i tickle him.

16. What is his heritage? Puerto Rican and some other stuff

17. You bake him a cake for her birthday; what kind of cake? German Chocolate Cake

18. Did he play sports in high school? Tennis, i believe.

19. What could he spend hours doing? washing our vehicles.

20. What is one unique talent he has? Putting everyone else before himself, and always being there when someone needs him.

Hopefully I did pretty well. I feel pretty confident about it....maybe. (;

The best ice cream ever!

Jesse and I are Ben And Jerry FREAKS. Literally. If we could we'd eat it all day everyday. The particular flavor that got me hooked was Dave Matthews Band's Magic Brownies. It's been out of stores for years....ITS BACK! Go get some. You won't regret it...

If for some tragic reason you can't find this one at your local grocer- go for "Chunky monkey" or "Everything but the..." Mmmm.

Natalie's neverending ideas....

So obviously we're not done with the kitchen. Everyday I spend way too much time looking for ideas to make it exaclty how I want it. All in time. I thought I'd share with you all the ideas I have so far. (:

The newest addition to our "brand new" cabinets. These pulls (:

I bought this picture yesterday for under $40, it's huge and gorgeous.

This picture I'm buying today, they'll go side by side on the wall above my kitchen table with an iron scroll we bought weeks ago above them.

The vase on top of their TV is the exact vase I have. I love the red. It's going on my new table that is currently being made.

I really like the way this chandeilier looks. This is similar to something we'll end up getting





I made a clock like this with my mom months ago. It says, "There's always time for family" and "Howell" on it. Also the numbers are roman numerals which i like better.






I bought this cookbook on Ebay. I completely fell in love with it. It's going above the cabinets with a pretty bow around it.

Ideas for corbes that will make their home underneath the countertop and my lone cabinet.

The type of drapes I'll (okay, okay, my mom will do most of the work) be making, probably in a light blue or cream color. With an awesome fringe. and no bows please (:

I love this faucet. I might do a bronze one instead of a nickel though. We'll see.

The saying I'm buying for the wall! Isn't it adorable?!

I'm making these great tins for the kitchen counter. One will say Hot Chocolate though.

A scale I actually recieved yeserday. It's made it's home with the apples on top of the cabinet and 50 cent basket from the DI shall be joining it shortly.

I'm having a custom table made for an akward wall in the kichen. On top will be a vase I already have with something coming out of it. Two hanging plate racks will be right above along with my family clock and my induldge saying.

The tile floor we'll put in sometime this spring. It may be more vibrant than this. I want lots and lots of colors.

Our ALMOST finished kitchen

This is the look that Natalie was going for. It turned out really well. Our new kitchen and so far it's only cost around $85 and 35 hours of work.

The overall look....there's still a lot to be done, but for right now, we're just happy it's made it this far.

We put all our random candels on this candleholder, I love the way it turned out. We've since burned them all and made them look quite a bit more rustic.

Again, this is the overall look of the cabinets. We should have cleaned off our lovely fridge and countertop. Oh well. (:

For Sale

so we need to sell my car. I dont want to, but i dont want to pay for so many things. I would rather spend money on making our house adorable. so if you know anyone that wants a car that has been well taken care of that is fast and sporty but still supports the fam let us know.

We are remodeling our kitchen if you didn't know already. We started painting yesterday and it already looks a million times better. Natalie is completely in charge of what the kitchen is going to look like, I just pay for everything lol. We should be done with the walls today and by the end of the week our cabinets with be done as well. This has been a great first project thus far. I found out that michaels is now on the map and that it does exist, we have been going there frequently as of last week to look for decorative items. Ebay has been pretty popular on our search bar as well. I cant wait until it is finished!
